I did this Pilates routine three times a week during my pregnancy. I caught a cold in my third trimester and took a break for a week until it was gone. Then I did the routine again and bruised my ribs on the right side. We later found out my baby was in a breech position with his head right under my right ribs. I went into early labor 5 days after bruising my ribs and delivered my baby 6 weeks early by cesarean. Furthermore, I was in shape when I started using this video (running and lifting weights regularly through my first trimester), yet I found it to be an advanced workout. Compared to other pilates DVD's I've found recently, it does not provide ANY beginner level modifications for the exercises.
I do not recommend this exercise video for any pregnant woman.
